AppPulse

Checks

Stripe webhooks that fail quietly

Checkout can look successful while the account never hears that the payment completed.

Who this is for

Apps whose AI tool built Stripe Checkout but did not finish the webhook, or pointed it at localhost.

What AppPulse does

A public scan cannot see your webhook deliveries. That lives in Stripe. On a paid plan you can add an availability check for the success page, and you should confirm in the Stripe Dashboard that the endpoint returns 2xx. AppPulse's own billing webhook is idempotent so repeated deliveries do not double-apply a plan.

Why it matters

A webhook that returns 500 leaves customers charged and locked out, and Stripe stops retrying eventually.

What to tell your AI tool

Point the endpoint at a public https URL, verify the Stripe signature, and make the handler safe to run more than once for the same event id.
